“In relation to the recent updated decision from the Dutch ministry of Economic affairs (EZ) to introduce 12 digit telephone numbers for M2M applications, VDVL has written a whitepaper to describe the high level impact of this decision on fixed and/or mobile telecom networks. The primary conclusion from this whitepaper is that the EZ decision impacts all Dutch telecom operators, regardless whether the operator offers M2M subscriptions or not.
