Motivation
It gives me satisfaction to be actively involved in the field of new techniques and processes and to apply this successfully in an organization. VDVL gives me this opportunity and also to work in telecom in an innovative area.
Education
After my pre-university education (Atheneum) I began the Technical Business Administration course at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences in 2000. As specialization I opted for Management and Consultancy, with graduation project ‘Mobile applications for the companies register’ at the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce. I successfully completed the Technical Business Administration course in 2005.
Background & experience
After having worked for a year for the mobile division of KPN, and after a sabbatical in Thailand, I started with VDVL in the VDVL Academy program. In February 2008, I started at the COIN Association as manager of the NP process. Within the association I am involved with the ‘process simplification and XML’ project in the field of test management.
Specific expertise
The VDVL Academy laid the broad foundation for my insights into many aspects of Telecom. My work experience at the COIN Association has deepened my understanding of the field of number portability.

Hobbies
I enjoy participating in sport in my spare time: football, snowboarding and mountain-biking.
