Motivation
I enjoy working to realize realistic business objectives within organizations. Service development, cost reduction programs and process optimization are subjects to which I gladly contribute.
Work experience
After my higher professional education (HBO) course Commercial Electrical Engineering and Technical Business Administration, I have worked in the telecom sector since 1998. I started as a network administrator/service agent, and then went on to be a project leader realizing international and national data networks for companies.
Thereafter I transferred to a starting wholesale DSL supplier where there were sufficient challenges in the field of DSL delivery process development and later the VoIP delivery process. The activities here were not only oriented towards the internal organization, but were also telecom market wide as representative in various market party consultations (including Fist, COIN).
Due to the takeover of the DSL supplier by a large ISP it was necessary to further integrate the wholesale/telecom processes, systems and organization with those of the ISP. This project contributed greatly to building up my knowledge of ISP customer processes like sales, marketing, supply and service and also how to deal with organizational changes.
