As lead business consultants and solution architects we (re)design and deploy mission critical business processes and supporting IT-architectures. Flow-through service provisioning, accurate billing of bundled and metered services, pro-active service assurance and customer centric support is what we deliver. We project manage new service introductions and technology roll-outs. We identify risks and propose accurate measurements, perform audits and execute QA and Testing assignments.
BSS and OSS
Flexible and integrated BSS and OSS solutions are key instruments in achieving operational excellence and business agility. We integrate leading of-the-shelf applications with our clients legacy systems. Examples of OSS applications we have worked with are Netadmin, Cramer, TTI Telecom, Metasolv and AxiOSS. BSS applications we are familiar with are Siebel, Oracle Applications, SAP, Portal Infranet, Clarify Amdocs, BSCS and SingleView.
