We offer our employees every opportunity to develop themselves. Within the firm’s objectives, each employee, based on his/her own professionalism and ambitions is responsible for his/her own development. A training and development budget is established each year.
 
Knowledge and Experience
For us to properly fulfill our role not only requires knowledge, but experience as well. Our employees each have extensive project experience and experience acquired within organizations. The number of years of experience of our employees clearly exceeds the average for our market. We consider the exchange of knowledge to be of key importance. Partly for this reason, we hold an internal meeting each month in which project experience is exchanged, themes are put on the agenda and project issues are discussed.

We use our own business relations network and the internet as our means to recruit new employees. People with areas of expertise that match our firm’s objectives and who furthermore have access to an extensive network within our market are always welcome to become acquainted with our company without any obligation.
