VDVL consultants TM Forum certified

In November 2010, Jos Broersen, Marc Dekker en Harry Lochs have broadened their knowledge in the TeleManagement Forum standards by participating in a 4 days training programme in London. They started with the Frameworx overview course that covers all TMF Framework standards. Marc then took part in the TMF Business Process Framework (eTOM) Distilled course and the Business Process Framework Implementer’s workshop. Jos and Harry participated in the TMF Information Framework (SID) Distilled course and the Information Framework Modeller’s workshop. The consultants all passed their exams for their courses. Consequently, VDVL has now three TM Forum certifiedconsultants. They use this knowledge now actively within the architecture and design projects they conduct for VDLV customers. Besides that, they share their TM Forum knowledge with their VDVL colleagues
