Motivation
Since 2008 I have been employed as a senior consultant at VDVL. What gives me most satisfaction is achieving a result in which solutions which work well in practice are developed from the problem statement.With my affinity for technology and business processes, I enjoy achieving a satisfactory and functional result with the people involved.

Process-oriented nature. Curious. Trustworthy. Customer-oriented. Dedicated. Tenacious, makes great efforts, highly empathic.
 
Background and experience
From my education at the Economics College (HES) in The Hague, where I studied Business Administration Informatics, I approach problems from different directions. I originally started in the Telecom industry in the field of billing work, where you come up against many different aspects. Thereafter I developed towards the streamlining of business processes at a Telecom operator where concepts like workflow and network administration played an important role in relation to #. In all cases this concerned the introduction of new services / improvement of processes where, in close discussion with the marketing function, services are defined and translated into business processes and their supporting IT systems.
My activities concerned particularly:
·         establishing functional requirements for the introduction of new services/ improvement of existing processes;
·         process design and workflow modeling;
·         test specification and implementation on tailor-made applications;
·         supervising user acceptance tests;
·         implementation of business process in the organization.
Due to the projects I have been involved with, I am familiar with Telephony, SDH, DSL, Wimax, ATM and IP technologies in access and backhaul, and network administration and provisioning. My role reaches from drafting requirements and specifications, directing development and testing right up to supervising/support of the final implementation.
 
Hobbies
My daughter comes in first place and I love spending much of my free time with her. Besides this I am an enthusiastic sportsman, with badminton my greatest passion.
