Motivation

Working with complex logic and creating new structures gives me immense satisfaction. The high amount of innovation in the Telecom and ISP world both in business process and product development level motivates me greatly. It is very challenging for any organisation to try and keep up with such innovation, so my personal mission is to support them in that quest and help them achieve their goals. My ability to have a critical and constructive look at proposals and improve their business for the end customer is what makes me successful.

Background & Experience

Before I started working for VDVL I was an information architect at XS4ALL for six years. In that capacity I helped design OSS and BSS systems connected to their customer contact portal. In addition, I also helped prepare the target architecture for BSS. Before that I was Senior SME Business Services at the service desk of XS4ALL.

Expertise

Business processes (re-) design. Interface design, both for technical (system) and customer interfaces (UI) including SOAP, XML and FDI. Database design for  transaction systems as well as data warehouse and business intelligence systems for marketing analysis and SOx compliance *.
