Motivation
One of my biggest motivations is being challenged to invent innovative and technological solutions. Because of the challenges I face and those I create myself, I always keep myself motivated. Another motivation is the proud feeling I get when a project is successfully completed and when clients take over an advice.

Education
After obtaining my high school degree I completed the study Network Administrator. I concluded that IT fascinated me very much but I was ready for a next step. Then I studied Business Management at the Hogeschool Utrecht. This is a middle management study in which subjects such as HR, marketing, information management and financial management are educated. After graduating I started with the study Technical Engineering & Management et the same faculty. Change / innovation management and process engineering became my specialties during this study where I gained much experience by executing various projects.

Background & experience
During my IT course I worked some years as a network consultant. In that time I mainly had to deal with migration projects for SMEs. During my studies at the University of Utrecht, I executed several projects, assignments and internships at different companies. The last project was to optimize the after sales process for a large importer in the music industry. My task was to redesign the after sales process, to advise the management and eventually the implementation of the solution that I invented.

Hobbies
My free time I like to spend with my girlfriend to do nice things. Besides, I am a big soccer fan and music is very important to me. During the summer months I like to visit several festivals with my friends. My mother country India fascinates me and I try to go there as often as possible.
